What is the point in living up to 100 years, if you are always afraid of dying? I would rather live up to 80 years, eating and drinking whatever I want (I am only a mild drinker and I don't smoke). It is ridiculous that some people always put health advisories over the food we eat. According to them, we should avoid fatty food, sweets, oils, red meat, alcohol, processed food.etc. What is the fun in eating tasteless food, even if it can increase your longevity?

Well the thing is most of the things used in these processed foods can harm you. Even if you live to 80 years old but have half of your life living sick, then there's no point as you won't enjoy it. It's not bad to follow those health advisories every now and then
