Since your weekly payments are less than 1BTC, it is free. If it is more than 1BTC, you only pay 0.01% fee but in your case, it should be free. Please save us all this hassle and go and do that quick. Infact, afterwards, you can even be advertising that with your service, withdrawals are instant, powered by BitGo Instant on your website.
Please I do not have to think for you all the time while you do nothing to execute, with our funds wasting away.
FYI, even with the segwit support, if you use the same fees you have been using, the txs would not be any faster. So please, go for what works!
