Actually it should be "supercoin.conf" not "supercoin.config"
For making new conf file:
1.Go to the supercoin folder from Appdata>Roming
2.Right click inside the folder and hit New > Text Document
3.Open that text file and copy/paste nodes in this format:

addnode=116.108.9.155
addnode=117.225.211.23
addnode=129.21.131.74
addnode=14.177.179.229
addnode=143.233.216.132
addnode=144.76.71.141
addnode=154.57.6.181
addnode=171.233.105.133

4.After that click File > Save As
5.Once the Save As window pops up, type supercoin.conf as the file name
6.In save as type choose All types (*.*)
7.Click save and you're done.

Thanks for the steps! Much appreciated!!! I just made the changes in literally less than 1 minute. The wallet just launched and I already have 2 active connections. I wish that I had asked sooner.
