KYC is for ICO investors.
No reason to need it as payment for marketing services.
Anyone can buy on exchange, otherwise exchanges would require KYC verification from users. Bounty is no different.
Authentication was also requested when payment was made with BTC.
The rules applicable to the investor must also apply to the campaign.
