Nice people,

I now have the outcome (happy ending): yesterday Eobot Support replied to my email and said it will solve the issue. And finally it kept its word ! I've been refunded my 3.15 XMR.

...I think it would have been wise from you to change those Moneros to BTC and withdraw in BTC, I am sure you would not have any problems but I wish you to get your Moneros.

Hey BitcoinSupremo, yes and no. Maybe I would have no problem, but to change from XMR to BTC to send to Bittrex then to change back to XMR would have cost me 10%.
This 10% could have been avoided if Eobot wouldn't work faulty ! But ultimately I did exactly that because I did not want to risk going again through the nightmare which I've been in !

And yes, I am not going to use Eobot again ! I don't think it is a scam, but certainly a site prone to bugs and with a very poor support department. I can see why no one returns there.
