Are you really asking about a card that requires no verification withing the EU after we just had VISA suspending those cards for this reason (among others).

If there is indeed a one that is doing that I'm giving them 1-2 months of service at most.

Virtual card is also OK and a low limit (150-500) is fine. Cellphone verification or KYC 1 is OK. I just need a prepaid card that doesn't require passport scan.

AdvCash has a virtual card that may be OK. But check the limits very well. Lifetime is 250$ iirc. Just you'll have to decide if the gateway fee for Bitcoin top up is Ok for you.
