Then how about ModulTrade? Why modultrade isnt in the list of ICO who used people to bump their platform? And why their are so many people post on service platform about this service posting? And think its the responsibility of the moderstor to moderate such post inorder to prevent this service happening. Because most of the list people out just want to have an extra income and to be more knowledgable for the new ICOS that is blooming! And as the reference for your link of rules its unoffial and most of us read the rules in service section and trading section. In that case the ICOS who get people to promote their icos must be eliminated like modultrade since its the 1st ico ive seen who used this kind of trick!
