Hi, I requested a refund from tradove last weekend. Joined the telegram group and was advised that refunds were being processed over the week. Still no response to my initial email. What is happening?

Refunds that were requested during the refund period are being processed in request order. Many have already been completed. If yours was requested last weekend, it would have been just prior to the deadline so sounds like it would have been one of the later transactions.
However, I encourage you to send a follow-up email, attaching your original request, to our team at
bbcoin@tradovemail.com just in case and for your own peace of mind.

Thank you for responding. I did as you recommended and chatted with one of the telegram moderators, Benjamin Williams, who advised that refund requests were being progressed with payments being sent out now. Unfortunately I do not know if I am getting a refund as there has been no confirmation for my account in particular. I have sent an email to
with my previous correspondence in the hope that I can get the issue sorted.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
