Something like "BIN price is 90% less than market clearing price for a very hot item selling XYZ units per month" - then flag it for review.

There are now several other ebay listings with similar 90% discounts on various hot NVIDIA cards.

I have won a bid on items like this before. They usually send me a email stating they are sorry but the listing has been voided due to violations or the item is not real. Kinda like this
