It should be but its not always the case, and if you have someone with a few grey hairs that can share their input or experience then tis worth taking it on-board...

As an advisor for multiple assignments ive tried to share my views but at the same time avoided this attitude where 'i know it all'... especially with the new breed of tech genius.. its a pleasure to work with these great minds and seeing their approach.. i can say that some traditional mannerism and method of doing business are light, however that's the beauty of changing times..

ensure your advisors are part of the team, not just sitting in silo on the top helf!
