It really depends on your budget.I guess having the current price is good enough already to buy a single bitcoin or even a fraction of it.It's not that i've had enough money to buy but maybe i'll be missing the chance if i won't buy today because it's still indefinite when will the price gets low again.

The current price of bitcoin has quite strong support so it is hard to get lower. The next price if it can be increased to 18k, in the worst case bitcoin can be about 10k. The decision is in the recognition of your market.
