Per the profile description on BitFunder:

1,000 NastyFans Seats are being held in an account on NastyFans.org to back this 1/100th micro-share pass-thru.
100% of all BTC distributions received will be distributed to their respective shares. (no operator fees)
Shares will have no voting rights and can not be exchanged for NastyFans.org Seats or vice versa.

Ah I should have read that before I asked questions. But I did notice a typo;
"EXCERT" should be "EXCERPT"
And I think the parts about buying and selling seats could be removed, since it doesn't apply on BitFunder.

So are you indeed using your own shares OgNasty? Or are you buying them on NastyFans?

How it would work:
First the pass through would purchase seats through nastyfans. Then, shares would be put up for sale on the exchange.

Thanks for explaining! So how would you decide on a price? You buy them for the current price on Nastyfans, and list them for slightly more on btct.co?
