Roadmap/Next steps:
- Battle mode where users can put their spaceships to battle each other for profit
- New version of smart contract, migrate spaceships to new contract
Planned features for the new smart contract:
- Sell/trade spaceships
- Include a in-game currency (spaceship energy)
- Buy/sell energy (possibly it will be an ERC20-compatible token)
- Spaceship energy can be spent on battle and other future game modes

IMHO, now you are looking even more similar to SCAM EtherTanks.
I don't think too many will be buying until game will have some functionality
