No one can predict it but there will always be that larger probability that bitcoin and others will go up.
Why?
There will always be new buyers and any coin can be one of their pick.
With just that truth then it is easy to understand that its value will come back up.

Yeaaa it is not that hard to predict when you only use a simple fact with simple data.
But when you look deeper on how crypto market run , actually anything could happened.
It is decentralized and even a popular coin could still get declined so hard , a new launched coin get increased unexpectedly , eth anf ltc has no guarantee , but bitcoin will remain there as the biggest crypto , the most used cryptocurrency.
