I think any ICO or platform that actually nails a big health project would instantly shoot up to top 10 in market cap.

The top 10 in market cap should only have projects that exist longer than a year imo, I believe ICO's should first prove themselves

I agree with you but this project at least is not rushing to market prematurely. It is a big task but if they make the system work I can see it being a billion dollar project in some years.
