Also the Buy orders should be on the left. (I know its only a detail but it look better and almost all exchange have buy orders on the left and sell order on right)

Log into your wallet and go to "Send".

Fill the form:

Address: cr3TbgPBnLvL2G6JZWP1gdChcxM78kp9Ma7SjgrSpYQsiLxjsmVJBbgURhgdFiTkk3KpMhaSZB7qABK vRbvZWRWQ1iwwg5ZAc
Payment ID: *PUT HERE THE PAYMENT ID*
Amount: Amount of CREP you want to transfer to exchange.

For transfer xmr is the same, you need to send coins to address specified in exchange and your payment id.
