As I am master in business administration and we have taught in class that when you want to start any business you will to scan the environment because it is mandatory for a good start otherwise you can waste your time and money.

Collect all the required data about the business you are interested, meet the experienced and skilled persons of that business and follow successful businessmen. These are very important before starting a business.

That's basic requirement when you are planning to start your own business, however not everything you learn in theory will be applicable in
real life venture, you also need to go outside norms because there are things that are not taught in school or class that are vital for our success in having a business. I have friends which does not finished school or does not study business related courses but they are very successful in business now.
