As an exchange would you want to take another coin that might tip your service over the edge. These exchanges are creaming it at the moment why take on another coin while you cannot support the coins you already have. Indeed. I'm pretty sure Bittrex is working hard to update there servers to be able to welcome new customers asap.
I would realy be happy to see ETN on Bittrex since it's my favorite exchange. But this is up to Bittrex, the ETN-team can't do anything more than we do: just be patient and wait.
