Yes, it is clearly stated on FJ Terms and Condition but it is not a part of the deposit bonus. Deposit should be wagered at least 2x before players are able to request for withdrawal, this rule is related to anti money laundering. FJ does not charge any fees for withdrawal so I think it is reasonable for them to have this rule to avoid people who are going to use Fortunejack as a mixing service where people may deposit then withdraw it directly without playing.
As being said by chris200x9, it is not so hard to wager 2x of the deposit but to be honest I do even think that Fortunejack will not too strict about this rule for their loyal players who are really playing as long as the account is not suspected as a bad account.

There are many trustable casinos out there without demanding any rollover requirement when you play with your own money. The basic principle is if I am not availing any deposit offer than I should be able to withdraw my funds at any time.
