Yes this is true, however BankEx did not initiate those exchanges, they are decentralized and anyone can list them on there.
BKX token will be listed by the end of January. We have committed 5 exchanges: 2 out of top10, from US, plus one in Seoul, one in Hong Kong, one in Japan - will disclose names later.

As a Japanese, I doubt that any Japanese exchange will list BKX.
there is no ERC-20 token on Japanese exchanges other than Augur.
In Japan, it is difficult to list new one becuase Japanese exchanges have to get permission from Financial Services Agency before they list.

So are you saying BKX dev are lying about going to listed in one of japan exchange?
Difficult doesn't mean it can't be listed, does it?
