I can use the --od-setclocks= command, but the output shows i can only set the GPU Core to 500-950 and the Memory to 1375-1450 on my 6970 (This is a non-reference model, so i dont have the 2nd bios Sad

, is this my problem?)

Underclocking memory is believed to reduce temperatures on the card and does not affect performance as mining is not memory intensive. overclocking utilities (MSI afterburner for instance) should allow a deeper downclocking, but ymmv.
