It has 93 confirmations even though the fee is only 12.786 sats per byte which is pretty low. I don't know if this guy really helped you out.

Awareness of paying low fees is needed by most of the newbies here in forum, they used to pay low to save more satoshi's but in return they don't know that it can cause them a lot of delay.
There is no doubt buddy, I too checked that this transaction seems already confirmed directly without using the acceleration tool. Since you guys find the option to reduce the transaction fees in blockchain or other desktop wallet. Most of the people do reduce the fees lesser than recommended fees per byte.
