I recently did some testing sending a quantity of RADS from the original wallet to another wallet where the values were removed from mine and the RADS did not arrive.

Could someone explain me?

It looks like your local wallet is on wrong forked chain, so you can't see the actual transactions of main chain and still staking every minutes fake RADS.

if you reinstall new wallet on the new comp and resync it - you will see there only 2,036.0893002 RADS

As we can see here last normal staking was done on 8 Dec and after that 24k was sent to another address and after that 15k was sent to another address:

congrats! so your main balance is safe

it seems, when you made last sendings the change was sent to another random address, so your previous backup doesn't know about that. Try to restore wallet.dat from tha date after 8 Dec, in this case you will see your actual balance of 2k.
