I must agree on that. You are totally right. And I really mean it!
But of course it is *slightly* easier to say that when you already have a Legendary status.

Yes, it's easy to talk when you're up already. But I'm sure that users trust a member just as much as a legendary. (because that's why you have the trust rating)
That being said, and if the "merit thing" is not important why many hero and legendary users asked for a way to differentiate themselves even more from other users?
