Telegram is more convenient and used by a lot of people from the crypto community from what I've seen so It would make more sense to remove ICQ, MSN, AIM, YIM and add it instead. Although a low priority one, it's actually a good one since two of those (MSN and AIM) discontinued their services and as result, the empty section can be used for "Telegram" instead.
