BTW, is hitbtc safe? It seems not but the volume is awesome there.

HitBTC is also unstable exchange sometimes it works nicely and sometimes very strange issues appeared there like delay in deposit it could take up to 4 days and support is so bad. But kucoin works really amazing you can try this exchange without any doubt.

I know kucoin is good but only a few volume on kucoin, hope team will pursuade people go to kucoin to trade?

Few volume and have bad support, i've deposited some tokens to kucoin and i can't see any token on my account

Have you contacted the support for missing deposit?

It sounds like they did and it was unhelpful - I'd be interested to find out what happened though.
