There is no need to hurry, no timeframe for the defrosting.
So if you want to do as cheap as possible, use an gasprice less then 21 Gwei, feel free to do it.
Gaslimit around 40k should be a good amount. At least it did work out for many already.

Frozen token can't move from your address to that upcoming exchanges if you didn't follow these steps than it will remain into that status. If you want to move them than you must do this.
