From my understanding that is not an exchange, it is similar to CMC where you check how the coin is doing and so forth.

It's not even a CoinmarketCaplike site. Rather It's a website where users can keep track of announcements of various projects. Sadly no new exchange listings yet. We're stucked with HITBTC. Already saw the saw the article, it is great that now that communication is there and more information is shared all we have to do now is hodl and wait for a better exchange.
