For example, i don't play a lot or for long time (i play games spot during my free time), so i have no idea about, but i trade forex all day and when i had a significant loss i usually turn off my Pc and i go out for a drink , just for not run behind loss.

In my own thought i can easily spot,a person who have addicted in gambling because like a drug addiction the effect have in common he tremble and easily being nervous and uneasy to himself,so in order to overcome this kind of addiction in gambling you must control yourself and dont let the vices control you and by doing this gambling is only a part of your relaxation and enjoyment and no more personal that can turn into you in a big debt.

Controlling yourself is really a hard task. There are people who always discuss on this topic that which one is hard to leave, smoking or drugs or gambling. And I think the most hardest of these three is gambling. The reason is this involves money. And we all are greedy for money. We dont want to lose money although we knew this is coming from a wrong source or we are getting deception.
