Sorry that I forgot to reply. So you are mostly facing problems because customers don't know what Bitcoin is and how to pay, right?
Mostly. 4/5 orders cancelled due to the fact that people have no clue what they're supposed to do on the site.
I hardly have that problem. Maybe one out of 20 customers fail to pay for their order. And I prefer it's a bit too easy to make an order and not pay for it than to scare legitimate customers away by making it too cumbersome. I don't really care if someone makes an order and then doesn't pay - it doesn't cost me anything, and the order is automatically cancelled by Bitmit after a few days. I could see how it's frustrating if you use the auction format, though.

"Tosaki": Please don't implement the systems TheButterZone and favdesu are suggesting. I fear it would drastically reduce the number of successful orders.

We may implement such a feature but we would make it as optional setting which is not activated by default because I think it would affect the checkout process negatively.

could you add http://bitcoinaverage.com/ this as an exchange option? I'd love to sell my stuff for the total average

Implemented and set as default Smiley

Stop ripping off vendors by manipulating the pricing basis. Whenever the pricing basis is changed all auctions should be cancelled.
