You can do solo mining and pool mining as well. For solo use the latest form the thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=255782.0 Solo mining with this hardware can be frustrating with the current difficulty. You may get nothing for a weak or so, depends on luck.
For mining on yPool you can use the jhPrimeminer v7.1 I've posted earlier in this thread. The default settings are used to give a relatively good performance, but for fine tuning for your system you will have to do your own tests, except if somebody here has the exact system and found a better configuration already. As a reference always use val/h and test runs should be at least a couple of hours.
The settings of jhPrimeminer are very similar to the primecoin client that is used for solo mining. You can learn about more on the above mentioned thread.
