Thats exactly what I would like to to get more info. How the procedure will happen of purchasing GLU and where we will receive it? Is strat wallet already well established to contain strat based tokens?

TVE is NOT a Stratis project. TVE belongs to Blitzcash (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1504819.0). Blitzcash will be a Stratis Sidechain though.
