Avaqva - is a series of revolutionary functional drinking waters for maintaining a healthy lifestyle and preventing diseases. Avaqva is produced by a special technology with the use of natural ingredients which enrich water with a balanced composition of vital catalytically active trace elements. It took us 15 years of research and 7 million dollars to develop functional products with healing properties approved by pre-clinical and clinical trials.

The special feature of Avaqva is a combination of unique health benefits and a possibility of daily consumption as a tasty drinking water without restrictions,contraindications and side effects. Currently Avaqva product line consists of 4 functional drinking waters offering truly effective solutions for the prevention of diabetes, pre-diabetes, obesity, diseases of cardiovascular system and gastrointestinal tract as well as the improvement of bodys immune status.

TECHNOLOGY

To produce functional waters we use a special technology which includes the application of water treatment equipment Avaqva Box with natural ingredients Avaqva Essentials. By changing the physico-chemical parameters of water and its mineral composition, the water obtains new physico-chemical functions and energy states, acquiring healing properties and health benefits.

MARKET

The special feature of Avaqva is a combination of unique health benefits and a possibility of daily consumption as a drinking water without restrictions and side effects that opens a new niche at the crossway of bottled water and healthcare industries:

- Bottled water and functional beverages constituting together a 300+ billion dollars market with a projected growth of 40% by 2020;

- Healthcare: one of the most serious problems that Avaqva is especially valuable for is diabetes. Our innovative production technology allows to manufacture Avaqva anywhere in the world and quickly enter new markets, while the unique natural ingredients used in the production process enable the development of new types of effective functional waters and products.

The main features of our business model are the production of end-product by outsourcing bottling capacities and internet-driven distribution along with the traditional retail at physical sales points. For the rapid global expansion our long-term goal is to create an international network of bottlers using franchising model and licensing strategy that enables a rapid global expansion with much lower capital costs.

FUNDRAISING

We see ICO as the most effective type of fundraising, which allows both raising the necessary amount of funds, and generate global awareness of Avaqva.
ICO has shown an explosive growth on the capital market in terms of fundraising volumes, and we want to use this opportunity in order to maximize the amount of funds raised to develop the project at a faster pace and enter new markets.

Our project does not involve the development of blockchain technology and we do not pursue the goal of implementing it where it makes no sense.
