I think we should correct this part in the paragraph, because it causes confusion and misunderstanding). As you can see in white paper in paragraph "token distribution model" we are planning to sell our tokens by the milestones (I think you were confused by the word "stages") and we are going to increase the cost of token every milestone for 10%. It means that every investor will spend fewer amounts for the same amount of tokens. Finally, when we will launch our tokens on the exchange - the tokens will cost more and it is the profit. We have an answer in our white paper, why ICO). In short, it is much cheaper than an IPO. Regarding the relationship between the ICO and the project, only the token holders will be able to buy our eVolucer and only for our tokens.
