Well antpool accelerator is not working i tried it many times on my transaction and it not worked and my transactions were confirmed 3 days later by slush pool i suggest to you OP you should try to use CPFP transaction in electrum wallet but this will only work if you are the sender if you are a receiver this will not work for you this are the steps:

Although you can try accelerating your transaction on viabtc but you must be fast hands since they are crowded but they do work if you lucky to get in.
