This would really involve lots of work even tracing or recovering a single private key this is why once you lost it then don't bother to recover.

Post in all the worldwide papers. If you can do it, you can have all the coins but their value goes to zero. If you can't do it (like all the other criminals trying) then it's good press for the network.
