It's still operational.

It does not work for me, When I want to place a bet the system responds "ERRORCODE: 10 -> Betting temporarily disabled - please try again later"

and if I want to make a withdrawal the system responds "Unknown error"

The day 2018-01-25 send an email to support@coinroll.com and I have not received any response yet.

If you are receiving these messages while being on the site, then it is questionable if they are even maintaining their own site and it's operation.
And the owner has ceased to comeback to the forum to answer his customer's questions on any issues they might encounter.
The only thing that you can do for now is put in a ticket to their support.
Which at this time do not even know if there is anyone on the other end of that email request you are putting in.
I don't know but I think any funds on the site are just a donation from now on. Undecided
