Yes, I am native Ukrainian. I'm not from very big town (~300.000 population) and I like my quiet place, my parents live in the capital)) Kiev is a metropolis, but has a lot of green trees, powerful Dnipro river, interesting areas. Climate changes every year. You can see -20° C in winter much more seldom than early. here

The less cold city in Ukraine is Odessa, is situated on the south of Ukraine at the Black Sea.

Then Odessa is good for me. I will check its climate
