Thanks @bricktop8 I have messaged them - but they have not come back to me. I posted on thier ANN, and they replied there with something along the lines of, "they are going to proceed because they told their investors that that was their name and they liked it", I too liked many names that other people have used - but.
I did try, they could fix it now easier and cheaper than later - I am not sure I can help them.

Nobody used YOUR name, please do and act as a professional (what you wroted is anything but professional). Our project differs from yours (our project is a physical producst), while the name "Dinero" is the same. The name (and the symbol) was chosen almost a year ago because its fitting due to our products nature. In the meantime your company started a project with the same name and symbol. "Dinero" is a cool name and I guess may people have it in their mind for starting a project.
As said in our topic, we cannot abide the "Dinero" name but as you have already taken "DIN" symbol it is only fitting that we change ours.
You have a great project, continue with its development. Same goes for us.
