This is the basic reason why cryptos hedged to real-world assets should be considered. This way their inherent worth is tied to the assets value. And the volatility can be greatly reduced.

So how you gonna tie this real world asset to the blockchain? And how you gonna make that real world asset not change in price?

Bitcoin is it's own real world asset in that it is a public ledger... also the cost of mining follows the price which helps with seeding value
