I'm in the US. If I want one of these things it will cost me more than $11...kind of a lot.

You could get two of them for ~$15. I was trying to price them exclusively in BTC, but it looks like that is kind of going out the window. $7 per coin, plus $2.50 for US shipping with no tracking.
