We are trying to keep the node up but sometime we encounter new issue. I guarantee that at the end you'll receive your coin but if you encounter issue, please be patient.

All monero deposit and withdrawal should have worked normally in the last 2 - 3 days, I checked this myself, please let me know if you still have any XMR related issue.
