Directly mining BTC means an asic miner such as the S-9 from bitmain.

1400 watts = 1.4 x 24 = 33.6 k-watts a day x 30 = 1000 kwatts a month at 10 cent a kwatt 100 usd in power cost

a 13.5 th miner will earn 287 usd in a month before power so 287 - 100 = 187 a month they cost 2000 or more so 11 months to break even at 10 cent power.

Or mine btc indirectly by building or buying a pc.

I have found prebuilt

2 card rx 580 miners for 1313 usd plus tax
2 card 1080 ti miners for 2200 usd plus tax

the 580 earns 4 a day and costs 1.20 in power uses 500 watts so plus 2.80 a day not very hot or loud

the 1080 ti earns 7 a day cost 1.00 in power uses 450 watts so plus 6 a day also not very hot or loud.
