sry but to be honest with You guys : have no idea now what to do... Just don't want to f*#kup my wallet have some ZEL on it ... Shocked

"Please restart with -reindex to recover." should do the job.
1. Stop your gui wallet
2. in cmd go to wallet folder (where zelcashd.exe is)
3. start: zelcashd -reindex
4. Once synced start GUI wallet
