It's depend on you if what time you invest if you want earmings then you must buy a coin in a lower price and sell it when the coin you buy was rise up but it takes a risk because it might not rise up your coin you buy. But if i were you high risk you take is high gain you make. So i invest now and wait for selling time

I agree. The perfect time to buy bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency im when it's price is im its lowest.
Well it is also acceptable to buy bitcoins when the price is high if you are afraid that bitcoij price will decline again.
I would just like to remind you that cryptocurreny price is something that will make surprises for you. It will either decline or imcreaae.
