No. you can use sellphone 2-factor code to recover the password

1. We already have 2x factor authentification integrated, but it protects from non authorized access (if your password was stolen, for example), but not for the restoration of your private RSA key. This can't work this way.
2. If it were possible - then Google (or other 2x factor auth provider) could read all your data. Will it suit you?

As i said before: this is the same situation like with your cryptocurrency wallet - will you ever lost the password from it or let someone knows it? We think not.
