In the last days of 2017 Xaurum Masternode delegation visited Brazil with intention to start developing Xaurum project on the Latin American soil. Excitement over the project was immense.

Several successful meetings were held in São Paolo and Natal. The team under country manager Sidney Rodrigues is excited to start working on the project. Sidney Rodrigues is a successful 43 years old Brazilian business man, with strong family values. He worked as a specialist in a field of water filtration system for 23 years. He is one of the founders of Acqualive, a Brazilian franchiser with more than 25 stores in Brazil. Lately, he is dedicating his time and effort to the market of cryptocurrencies. He lives in Natal, State of Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil, and we are proud that businessman with such experience joined the Xaurum project.

BOLETO BANCARIO

The only obstacle we encountered was money flow between to continents, since fees for money transfers were way to high. We wanted to ensure the most secure, fastest and user friendly way to make money transactions, where people wouldnt loose their money on fees. That is why we started a process of implementing Boleto Bancário.

Boleto Bancário, simply referred to as Boleto (English: Ticket) is a payment method in Brazil regulated by Brazilian Federation of Banks (FEBRABAN)
A boleto can be paid at ATMs, branch facilities and internet banking of any Bank, Post Office, Lottery Agent and some supermarkets until its due date. After the due date it can only be paid at the issuer bank facilities.

Boleto can only be collected by an authorized Collector Agent in the Brazilian territory. All Brazilian banks, Post Offices (Correios) and Lottery Agencies plus some companies from the private sector have already joined the system.

Currently we are waiting for the last confirmations on our paper work, the whole procedure may take several weeks to be finished.

TEST MINTS

Since we dont want to be waiting with our legs crossed for previously described payment method to be implemented, we decided to expand our infrastructure and we tested another solution for transferring funds from Latin America to Europe using other cryptocurenncies and then convert them to FIAT for buying new gold. Since we pledged to conduct our business by the highest legal standards it is important that every money transaction and its origin has strong paper trail.

We expect to test our infrastructure with several small test mints from around the globe in the next weeks.
