I generally lean on agreeing that it's not over yet, but it's also very possible that the state of the market will be the same as 2013 - 2015, giving us 2 years worth of accumulation. I suggest we take the chance.

this is really an opportunity we should take immediately. because this is very normal happened. we just need to wait for when bitcoin will go up drastically, and it's perfectly natural that bitcoin is often a strike. probably for some reason. but I believe bitcoin will not break down for too long. maybe in the next few months we will see the movement
