Hey, post the link where you read this. I'm yet surprised that people leave their bitcoin on exchanges.

Why I don't like my bitcoins on exchanges:

1) Highest hacking in terms of money happens on exchanges, which is supposed to be secured but suddenly it's not.
2) No private key and seed is a perfect recipe for disaster.
3) I don't like forks but as and when happen you're left on the mercy of exchange, plus add suspension of trading lol.

I hope better sense prevails and if anyone has money on exchange move it to electrum or Trezor or paper wallet, there're more this are my favorites.

I agreed that keeping crypto in exchanges is risky. Such cyber hacks can really cause chaos if the affected exchange cant afford to pay the users. And there goes our hard earned and valuable coins.
