With so many hack incidents happening on different exchanges, I do not feel safe buying on any. So much money is involved and I do not want to loose the investment because of somebodies else fault.

There would be some incidents in every task, but those can never stop that task. Crypto market is no exception. Your email or facebook password may be hacked, but you never stop using email or facebook. Bitcoin price is around 6700$. So. it is high time to buy and it is never late.
